The idea for WE WILL CARE was born from a simple observation — that a clean space has the power to change how people feel.
We noticed that many people — busy professionals, parents, elderly individuals, and business owners — were constantly overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. Cleaning was always the last thing on the list. Homes became sources of stress. Workplaces lost their shine. And in some cases, people just needed a little help to feel in control again.
We wanted to be that help.
With just a few supplies and a commitment to do things differently, WE WILL CARE was founded to bring professional, respectful, and trustworthy cleaning to people who truly needed it. Not just as a chore service — but as a genuine act of support.
What started small has grown into a full-service cleaning company trusted by homes, offices, warehouses, and NDIS participants across Melbourne. But our mission hasn’t changed.

Who do we send out?
At WE WILL CARE, our cleaners are more than just workers — they’re the heart of our service. Each team member is chosen not only for their experience, but for their integrity, warmth, and commitment to doing the job right. They treat every home or workplace with the same care and respect they would give their own. Whether they’re helping a busy family stay on top of chores, preparing a rental for final inspection, or ensuring a safe environment in a commercial space, our cleaners bring reliability, empathy, and attention to detail. Clients often tell us our team feels more like a support system than a service — and that’s exactly what we strive for every day.
We understand that the people who come to your home and provide your service really matter. We carefully select every one of our cleaners and make sure they are capable of providing the extremely high level of service we expect.
We generally only send cleaners with 2-3+ years of experience, are all English speaking, police checked, reference checked, fully equipped, professional and to top it all off, fun and friendly too.
